Personalpokerchip To Change Name In Near Future!

Personalpokerchip is set to change its name to UK Poker Warehouse in the very near future to reflect the growing size of Personalpokerchip’s customer database. With up to 20 poker chip sets or custom poker chip sets sold a day and up to 10 poker tables (poker table tops and poker tables), this name will be much more recognisable, memorable and accurately reflects what is going on with the company.
In other news, due to pressures from the EU and other Member States, Sweden has announced that it is considering selling off parts of its state-run gambling services (the so called less addictive ones). In this way, Sweden hopes to be able to bring its poker laws into line with EU Directives, Regulations and the custom and practice of other EU States (most notably with regard to the provision of cross-border services which has caused considerable controversy in recent years).
So Sweden will effectively be privatising certain games and services, for example the state-run lottery competition, poker and sports betting.
The body which provided the services, Svenska Spel, has been causing Sweden most problems. Outside observers criticise it for benefiting from Sweden’s protectionist policies, which is outlawed by the EU (which was created to open up state borders to free movement of goods, services, labour and capital).
It is rumoured that Svenska Spel is likely to consider legal action and we will be monitoring this closely for updates and developments, especially if the news affects the world of poker!
